Eligibility:

  • This raffle draw is open to all customers who spend over £20 in a single order on www.planarella.co.uk

Entry:

  • Every customer who spends over £20 will automatically be entered into the raffle draw.
  • There is no separate entry process required.
  • Only one entry per order is allowed.

Prizes:

  • The Planarella Prize Machine dispenses a prize with every qualifying purchase.
  • Prizes include:
  • Some prize balls may contain multiple prizes.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash or value alternative. We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
  • New and exciting prizes may be added to the machine as it's refilled.

Selection of Winner & Prize Delivery:

  • The prize is determined by the capsule dispensed from the Planarella Prize Machine.
  • The prize ball itself is not part of the prize and will be reused.
  • Physical prizes (excluding gift cards) will be included with your qualifying order.
  • For gift cards, you can choose to receive the physical card with your order or have the value applied directly to your customer account.
  • The prize reveal will be recorded and posted on our social media channels.
  • Winners who have shared their social media usernames with us will be tagged in the video.

Duration:

  • This raffle draw runs indefinitely. The machine will be refilled periodically when prize stock runs low.

  • By participating in this raffle draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that we suspect are fraudulent.
  • Our decision on all matters relating to the raffle draw is final and binding.
